"Texas butter" has been asked why we named our "dry rub cottonmouth"? The cottonmouth or moccasin snake is common in "Texas". When your mouth is dry you have cottonmouth. Put those two together and you get "dry rub" cottonmouth... "Texas butter" "all natural dry rub" was made to jazz up your "steak" without over salting it for one. We feel if you like a lot of salt then it can be added when your food is on your plate. Being low in sodium is better for all our "heart conscious" friends. Added in our awesome "dry rub spice" is an ingredient called bromelain. Bromelain is naturally derived from the pineapple. Using this in our "dry rub" will make your "steaks so tender" it would be hard to screw them up. Even for the well done "steak" people. We will post recipes with how to use this "dry rub" in the near future. Sprinkle this "dry rub" all over your defrosted "fresh steaks". Let the "steaks" sit with the "dry rub" on them for 30 minutes at room temperature. Then "grill the steaks" to your desired taste. I am telling you our "Texas butter dry rub" cottonmouth will make your "steaks so tender" you'll want "steaks" every day. We’ve had reports this "dry rub is good "on "scrambled eggs" too!!!
