PRODUCT POLICY
OUT-OF-STOCK AND BACKORDERS
In some cases, we may not have a specific product in stock. In cases where you have ordered multiple items and one or more items is out of stock for any reason, your partial order will be shipped and back ordered products will be shipped when in stock at no additional shipping charges. Texas Butter will keep customer updated with back ordered items.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders are considered final upon placement. To cancel an order, you MUST send an email to texbutter@gmail.com no more than 24 hours after receipt of order. Requesting a cancellation does not cancel an order unless confirmed by Texas Butter, and is not guaranteed. Shipped orders, full or partial, are not cancelable under any circumstances. Orders shipping the same day a cancellation is requested are considered shipped. Special orders are not cancelable under any circumstances. Circumstances beyond the control of Texas Butter (natural disaster, weather, earthquakes, carrier loss, changing your mind, change of address, late delivery of a gift-order, act of God, etc.) do not qualify for order cancellation or return.
SHIPPING
All shipments are F.O.B. Houston, Texas.
Unless an item is back-ordered, orders are generally shipped within 1-2
business days. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and
tracking information will be provided to you as soon as available. Texas
Butter does not charge a handling or processing fee for standard orders.
In the event that a back-ordered item could delay the shipment of your
order by more than our standard window of 3-4 days, your order may be
processed as a partial order, and the back-ordered item will then be
shipped as soon as available. No additional shipping will be charged for
the back-ordered item shipment.
RETURN POLICY
Texas Butter will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 15 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unopened, and free of defects. Items received after 15 days but within 30 days will qualify for exchange only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Please notify Texas Butter at texbutter@gmail.com. Please write Exchange/Refund in subject line.
How to send product back to Texas Butter
To ship an item back to Texas Butter, place the merchandise in original box, proper packing (crumpled news paper or better), postage paid, original invoice, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
