Guacamole Dirty or Clean

Wish we could sell this Guacamole to you but there is no better Guacamole than homemade. This base guacamole supports toast then to wherever you plan on using it, herm tacos! Spice it up with Pico De Gallo or one of our hot sauces. It’s fool proof up to your ability in finding the perfectly ripe avocado. See notes below how I seek them.

Notes

No expert in picking avocados. The best description from my experience is slight push with the side of thumb, the avocado gives way on the green part around the flesh, it’s about 1/8th inch thick as seen in above pics. BUT the yellow/green part of the flesh gives slight resistance. The green should give way while the yellow pushes back. No need crushing the fruit, sometimes the whole supply isn’t ready or already growing roots. Avocados sucks sometimes and best in summer down in Texas.
