completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused portions in
original containers to us within 10 days of purchase.
Unfortunately accidents happen and we are here to make sure you are happy with our deal.
Please note you have to have an account on Texas Butter to preform any of the following.

Two Options

A) If your product arrives damaged:
We will fully refund, replace, or give store credit at your command and start the process immediately. Please take a picture of the damage and upload using button below.

B) If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow steps below:

  1. Click  “RMA Request” below.
  2. Under tab “Your Orders” your history will have a RMA button next to valid orders. e.g. under 10 days
  3. We will email you a Texas Butter addressed USPS paid label (you will need to print).
  4. Pack the unused portion safely and attach paid label to box.
  5. Drop off at any USPS post office.
  6. Once we receive your package we’ll give full store credit or upon review, a refund.
