Cluck can be sprinkled over or in virtually any foods you want to have that hint of chicken flavor. It makes an awesome veggie dip and just as good on raw veggies. It has the taste of chicken bouillon cubes without MSGs or any other weird chemicals. Two tablespoons of Cluck is about the same flavor punch as one bouillon cube. This seasoning has a slight spicy almost buttery rich chicken flavor.
Cluck was originally made for a popped corn topped and the need of an MSG substitute. In short, we like a lot of those MSG-fueled dinners in a box but get a headache after we eat them. After a few kitchen tests with vegan friends, Cluck was born.
