Sowflakes can be used on anything from ribs to ham. Great for dry smoking, grilling, baking, electric smoke and whatever other cooking techniques are out there. We are great lovers of ribs where most of our tests happened. However, Sowflakes preforms well on all cuts of pork especially if you can get an overnight marinade.
If cooking over or in a pan Sowflakes and the pork renders its own sweet and spicy BBQ juice you can use to make your own BBQ sauce to match by adding some water and vinegar on simmer til thick. Turn it up one more notch by adding tomato paste or grind your own fresh.
